I started a few years ago on the journey to grow a full set of hair to surpass any Afro size I would have had in the past. The thing is I didn’t expect to go past six inches of hair but I did, and when I did, I quickly realized a lot of the products I would usually use were not cutting it anymore. So I quickly went onto Google to find something that would, it took so many long months of searching and spending that didn’t seem like it would’ve ended. Three years in, I was still searing and buying anything that would have said anything to do with natural hair, in desperation to keep my hair healthy and stop the drying out I had observed that happening so quickly. Some products would give the moisture that I would have been looking for and others not so much moisture, but all the definition in the world. In my mind sacrificing one for the other was not going to work, these two had to go hand in hand. Then the thought struck me, why spend all this money trying to get what seems like a unicorn product to fit my needs. The deep dive into the ocean that is the internet and local advice helped me in my search to pinpoint what goes into keeping type 4 hair healthy and moisturized. And with so many reads after I have now what is this Taylor made product that fits my type 4 hair like the perfect shower cap. It keeps my hair moisturized and gives me that definition I’ve always looked for and I’m hoping to spread my pride and joy to all those who are willing to step out of the maze ( the searching) and see the light at the end of the tunnel (ZINCY).
